Graduated from Bolton High School in 1992, a Shelby County School alumnus. Graduated with a B. S. in biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Graduated from the University of Memphis with a Masters of Arts in Teaching in 2003.

Activities: 9th Grade Boys Basketball Coach

Interesting info: Mr. Tupper owns a retired greyhound, Zoe, adopted from Southland Greyhound Park in West Memphis, Arkansas.
