Health: A Guide to Wellness

Course Description

This course focuses on the principles of lifetime wellness, not solely on activity and sports. Students completing this course will be better prepared to assume responsibilities for personal lifetime wellness. Physical education and sports activities will complement the Lifetime Wellness course. Students will alternate three week periods in the classroom and the gymnasium.

There will be a $20 Wellness fee to cover the cost of a required PE Uniform
