Collierville High School - July 1992 through present. Principal. Grades 9 through 12. Enrollment: 2050. Site based management. Major responsibilities: Instructional program, staffing and staff development, school finance and budgeting, public relations, plant management, extracurricular programs, and policy implementation.

Germantown High School - February 1988 through July 1992. Vice-Principal. Major Responsibilities: Curriculum development and implementation, teacher evaluation, guidance services, student records, course and student scheduling, PTA liaison.

Germantown High School - June 1985 through January 1988. Teacher: Geometry, BASIC Computer Programming, Pascal, Advanced Placement Computer Science. Computer Club sponsor. Microcomputer software development for computer scheduling of students.
