Mrs. Renshaw - Geometry/Honors Pre-Calculus 2007-2008

CLASSROOM POLICIES/PROCEDURES

1. Be in your assigned seat with materials on your desk when the tardy bell rings. Begin bell work immediately.

2. Always bring a red or gold Admit Slip from the Attendance Office with you to class if you are checking in during the school day or if you were absent the previous school day. Failure to do so will result in an unexcused tardy being recorded while you go to the Attendance Office to get an Admit Slip. Place your admit slip AND any late or make-up work in the designated tray in the room as you enter. You will receive points off of make-up work for it being late if I have to ask for it, so remember to place it in the tray as you enter.

3. Always be courteous and respectful to your teacher and classmates.

4. Raise your hand and wait to be recognized by the teacher before speaking out in class and before leaving your seat.

5. Use the restroom and water fountain between classes.

6. Always be awake and alert during class. Math will be so much more interesting if you participate!

7. Be dismissed by the teacher - not by the bell and not by other students leaving other classrooms.

8. Remember that all rules set forth in the Collierville High School and Shelby County Student Handbook are also applicable in this class.

I understand the classroom policies/procedures in Mrs. Renshaw's classroom. I will abide by and follow these guidelines to the best of my ability in order to protect my right and my fellow students' right to learn and Mrs. Renshaw's right to teach.
