Dear Parents of Art I students,

We are so thrilled your child has chosen to take Art with us at CHS.
This year we are trying something new... pre-ordered art supplies. We plan to order art supplies in bulk in hopes to reduce your cost. Attached is the supply list which you can choose to either buy on your own from an outside source OR purchase from us. The art supplies are in addition to an art fee of $15.00. Supplies and boxes will be for you to keep at the end of the year. The supply fee will provide your student with project papers, paints, clay, glazes and other necessary classroom supplies.

If you choose to order supplies through CHS, the box will provide everything on the list except a lock. The price of the supplies will be $40.00. To ensure quick turn around in orders, we will need this form signed and returned with payment by Thursday, August 11th. Cash or check to CHS Art Department.

If you choose to get supplies on your own, supplies in boxes must be at school by Thursday, August 25th.
