1. RESPECT -
the person & property of fellow students,
and the rules and authority of teachers & administration.

2. Be prepared for class- ATTITUDE, textbook, materials.

3. Be IN your seat when the bell ring,beginning work.

CLASSROOM POLICIES

Grading system:
Point system- determined by dividing

total number of points earned by total number of possible points possible.
School Grading Scale- A: 100-94; B: 93-86; C: 85-77; D: 76-70; F: 69 and below

Late work:
One Day Only- loss of 20% if a daily grade; 10-20% if a large-point work

Make-Up Work:
It is the student's responsibility to arrange for makeup. My makeup day is Tuesday afternoon, but other afternoons are often available upon request. Science Dept. makeup days (T.B.A.) are available with advanced notice. Makeup needs to be done within one week.

Expectations:
Students will maintain a three-ring binder for this subject only (in accordance with my written guidelines).
Students will abide by all SCS, CHS and classroom rules.
Parents will support the use of CHS discipline policies, if needed.
Student &/or Parent(s) will communicate any concerns to me in a timely and respectful manner.
Parent(s) will encourage use of Agenda books & will monitor student performance via our internet-based gradebook.
