A Checklist & Grading Sheet was provided: produce an educational & persuasive brochure (printed in landscape and folding in thirds) reminding the people of Collierville that curbside recycling is available to them and that it is in their best interest economically and environmentally to be onboard, letting them know that Shelby County now has a Hazardous Waste facility (they are to provide details of where and when and a link for more info), and generally educating their community about the benefits of recycling.
